DAMAGED ITEMS

• Whilst we package our customer orders very carefully sometimes items do get damaged whilst shipping.
• If any item arrives damaged please contact us immediately and keep the item and packaging used. Please photograph the damaged items and email us at info@brodieandbullion.com.

We cannot be held responsible if a parcel has gone missing due to the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information. However, if we notice the address is incomplete, we will contact you before dispatch.

For any missing items or issue with delivery you have 28 days with which to contact us to discuss. After this point we cannot refund or replace the missing items.

Brodie + Bullion does not cover, and will not be responsible for, the payment of any additional overseas customs or import charges, duties or taxes incurred when the parcel reaches the destination country. Please enquire with your government's import office if you are concerned that your order may incur import taxes when it ships from the UK.
