RETURNS
Due to our products being made to order, we don't typically accept returns.
If your order has been damaged in transit, or you have noticed a fault with your order, please let us know - you can email info@brodieandbullion.com, within 7 days of receipt of your order, please include a description and clear photographs of the damaged goods, to help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible. In some cases we may require a return of the item(s).
As stated in Section 6.2 of our Terms + Conditions we do not take responsibility for customer generated mistakes.
We print all items ordered via our website on demand. This means we are unable to offer returns and refunds for products which have been received as ordered, without any significant faults.
